Small software that removes manual work, with the guardrails built in

Micro-SaaS client solutions: purpose-built tools for one workflow your team does by hand every week, designed with privacy and human review from the first conversation.

When firms call us about automation

  • A manual process is eating hours every week, and you suspect software could do it.
  • Someone checks websites, inboxes, or reports by hand every morning.
  • Your team built useful AI experiments, and now finance or leadership needs to rely on them.
  • Off-the-shelf software does 70% of what you need and forces a workaround for the rest.
  • Revenue or opportunities slip through because nobody has time to catch them.

How the program works

Every program starts with a defined first step, so you know the scope, timeline, and deliverables before anything begins.

Start with: Discovery & charter

Typical length: 1–2 weeks

  • The workflow mapped: steps, data, rules, exceptions, and approvals
  • A privacy and data charter, signed off before anything is built
  • A buy-versus-build comparison, so you decide with full information
  • A controlled pilot with human review, tested against known-good results
  • A go/no-go decision before anything scales

Why small, purpose-built software

Most firms don't need a platform. They need one workflow to stop depending on someone's morning. A focused tool that does one job well is faster to build, easier to govern, and simpler to retire if the need changes.

Every solution follows the same governance patterns: data stays in the client's own storage where possible, nothing client-facing goes out without human approval, and every pilot is measured against known-good results before anyone relies on it.

AI Solutions

A morning report instead of a morning of searching

The need: reach new opportunities first, without someone spending hours every business day searching public court records by hand, and missing days when things got busy.

We built a monitor that checks the filings every morning and puts a clean report of every new match in the team's inbox before the workday starts. Every report is archived, and widening coverage is a settings change, not a new project.

AI Solutions + AI Governance

Recovering billable time, with every timekeeper in control

The need: revenue the firm had already earned but never billed, because calls, emails, documents, and internal chat didn't make it onto a timesheet.

The design turns that activity into suggested time entries in each timekeeper's own account. Each person reviews and approves their own entries, which then flow to billing, so the firm recovers the revenue and everyone stays in control of their own time. A privacy charter and a buy-versus-build comparison come first, and a small pilot ends at a go/no-go decision.

From internal AI experiments to numbers finance can rely on

The need: commission reporting that finance could trust, from AI tools the team had already started building on its own.

We defined the production architecture, access, and sensitive-data boundaries; worked with the accounting system's consultants on read-only data access; and scoped a pilot that is tested against known-good results, with human review, before anyone relies on it.

Common questions

What is micro-SaaS?

Small, purpose-built software for one workflow, hosted and supported for you. Think of it as the tool you'd build in-house if you had a development team, without hiring one.

Will you tell us to buy instead of build?

Yes, if that's the better answer. Every project includes a buy-versus-build comparison before anything is built.

Where does our data live?

Wherever the privacy charter says it should, which is usually your own storage and accounts. The charter is agreed and signed off before any work starts.

What happens if the pilot doesn't work?

That's what the go/no-go decision is for. The pilot is tested against known-good results, and if it doesn't hold up, you stop with a clear understanding of why, before committing to a rollout.
