KJ Technology AI (kjtechnology.ai) is operated by KJ Technology, a technology advisory firm based in New York, NY. This policy describes what information this website collects, how it's used, and how to reach us with questions or requests.

Who we are

KJ Technology AI is the AI and governance practice of KJ Technology (247 W 36th St, New York, NY). For questions about this policy or your information, contact info@kjtechnology.com.

Information we collect

This site has no account system and no advertising or tracking pixels tied to your identity. Information we may collect:

• Forms you submit — this site has five forms, and each collects only what you type into it:
  • Strategic discussion form: name, work email, company, industry, firm size, what you'd like to discuss, timeline, and any message you add.
  • Referral form (on the For Partners page): your name, work email, and firm; the firm or first name of the person you're introducing; what they need help with; and any note you add. We ask referrers not to include confidential client information.
  • Process suggestion form (on the Solutions page): name, work email, company, and your description of a business process.
  • Free assessment forms (such as the AI governance checklist and the cybersecurity and compliance assessments): name and work email, plus the answers you give, which we use to send you your score and to follow up. If you send an assessment to a colleague, we use their name and email only to send them their copy and one reminder.
  • Newsletter sign-up (on the Insights page): your email address.
• Booking a discussion — the "Book a 30-Minute Discussion" button opens a Microsoft Bookings page, where you provide your name, email, and any details you choose to share to schedule the meeting.
• Emails you send us — if you email us, we receive whatever you include in that message.
• Aggregate site analytics — we may use Vercel Web Analytics to understand traffic to this site (e.g., page views, referring sites, approximate location, device type). This is aggregated and not tied to an individual identity or used to build a profile of you.
• Standard server logs — like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) logs basic technical request data (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and reliability purposes.

Third-party services

We use a small number of service providers to operate this site and respond to you:

• Asana — strategic discussion and "Suggest an MVP" submissions are stored as tasks in our Asana workspace so the right person follows up (Asana's privacy statement).
• Resend — sends email notifications to our team and confirmation emails to you when you submit a form (Resend's privacy policy).
• Microsoft — Microsoft Bookings and Microsoft 365 handle meeting scheduling and our email (Microsoft's privacy statement).
• Prompt Maven — our own product, which manages the newsletter subscriber list.

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com), which may receive your IP address as part of serving font files, per Google's privacy policy. The site is hosted on Vercel; see Vercel's privacy policy.

How we use information

We use information you send us solely to respond to your inquiry, send what you asked for (such as an assessment or the newsletter), and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. We do not sell your information, we do not use it to train AI models, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers named above who help us operate this site. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

Retention

Emails and inquiry contents are retained as long as reasonably necessary for business and legal purposes, or until you ask us to delete them. Aggregate analytics data is retained per Vercel's standard retention windows and is not linked to your identity.

Your choices

To request a copy of information we hold about you, or to request deletion, email info@kjtechnology.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Related properties

This policy covers kjtechnology.ai only. Our related products Memoir Assist and Prompt Maven each publish their own privacy policy, since they collect account and product data this marketing site does not.
